How long does a typical driveway paving project take?

Most residential driveways are completed in 1-2 days, depending on size and site conditions. This includes base preparation, paving, and proper compaction. We’ll provide a specific timeline during your free on-site estimate and keep you updated throughout the process.

Late spring through early fall (May through November) provides ideal conditions for asphalt installation.

Absolutely. We provide complete new asphalt installation for driveways, parking lots, and courts, as well as resurfacing existing pavement. During your on-site inspection, we’ll assess your current conditions and recommend whether repair, resurfacing, or new installation is the most cost-effective solution for your situation.

The recommendation is to wait a full 48 hours before driving a vehicle, tractor or equipment on the new paving.
It takes a full year for asphalt to fully cure. In warm months, if tires are turned sharply or turned without the vehicle moving, marking can happen. This doesn’t structurally affect your project and normally resolved on its own over time. If marks are still seen past one year after the project was completed, seal coating should be considered.
